Assign Rooms for Reservations Created from Third-Party Sources

When reservations are booked from OTAs using a room type for which room assignment is mandatory, and when rooms are not available based on the excluded features selected, the reservation is created in Stay without the room assignment. When users open the created reservation in Stay, the following message is displayed: Room could not be assigned due to the excluded room feature. Users must manually assign a room for the reservation.
